About Nicoletta

Since elementary school, I’ve fought the lie that if I was just thinner, then I would be loved and have worth. This led to a twenty-year battle against anorexia, bulimia, and a binge eating disorder. My freshman year at TCU, I spiraled. At my lowest point and highest weight, I did not want to live anymore. As I cried on my bedroom floor, I heard God say, “You will go through every type of eating disorder so that one day you will be able to help every type of girl.” Taking this to heart, I spent the remainder of my college career working in student ministry and investing in my relationship with God. My greatest desire was and is to help women know Jesus and find their worth in Him, not their bodies.

After college, I entered the fitness industry full-time as a spin instructor and personal trainer. My classes focused on loving your body the way the Lord uniquely designed it.

I officially launched Noble in Fort Worth in Spring 2023! This year, God has allowed me to minister to TCU women who are struggling just like I was when I was at TCU. I have run 15 programs with high school, college, and young adult women and the results were incredible! Women are successfully exiting eating disorder counseling, leaving abusive relationships, finding the Lord for the first time, being baptized, getting plugged into the local church, and so much more.
